Phhhtttthhhp!
Today was one of those days where I chose to get a lot of laundry done and nothing else, save caring for my kid and the poor pup who tore out his toenail last night. I thumbed my nose at today and do not have a summary. I don't want to make one up, either. I'm not in the mood.
Here's a couple of cute pictures to get us all by.

Fed up -- Posted by Amy
I'm done with the needy child and naughty dog. Done!
Next time Brad leaves town for more than two days, we're hiring a dog walker or boarding the dog. I can't handle him. I should be able to take the little shyt on a walk without having my arm yanked off or him trying to run into the street while I'm trying to keep a stroller upright. He doesn't need to bark his head off at every bird, neighbor dog bark, neighbors strolling, leaves blowing, plane flying by - you get the idea. He also doesn't need to try to break down my door when he wants to come in. A simple scratch at the door is plenty. And really, stop following me to the bathroom! I swear there is nothing, I say NOTHING, in there that you want.
I know my child is sick. I know she wants her mommy, but really, I can't hold a two-year-old and cook at the same time. I'm not that coordinated. It's hard enough for me to cook without injuring my self. And mommy's potty time is not time to cuddle. You really can wait one minute for me to finish. Also, when mommy says "Yes, I will get you a drink" you can stop, repeat STOP, whining for something to drink. Yes means I will get it now stop asking again and again and again.
I probably might have more patience if either one of these pests had let me sleep last night. I miss my husband.

Getting along swimmingly -- Posted by Amy
The first night without Dad this week and they almost got along. Of course, it's easier for Petey to make friends when Boo is asleep. I'm a little suspicious that he just wanted the blanket and was forced to share. But everyone misses Daddy and it's only Night One. Seven more to go.
