What we did today, Monday, October 27, 2008

• We were up at 8:45 AM. No fever yesterday or today, so far! Someone tried to have cranky pants on when she woke up, but I talked her out of it by threatening to send her back to bed.
• Breakfast was cereal with banana slices in it and orange juice. Hannah ate like a champ. It’s good to see her appetite back.
• Washed face, brushed teeth, brushed hair and got dressed. We’re trying panties today!
• Hannah had a choice between the park and my parent’s house. She wanted to go to Momo and Papa’s house. They weren’t home but had said we could come by and watch their TV (they have more channels than we do) and get a change of scenery. As soon as I found something that looked interesting on a channel that I don’t get at home, Hannah wanted to play outside. We played outside for about half an hour. Brad called to say he was on his way home for lunch, so we cleaned up the toys and came home to meet him.
• Lunch for Hannah was chicken nuggets and carrots with a juice box, by request. Hannah had her first potty accident while she was eating. We went ahead and put a diaper on her until after nap.
• Nap time was at 12:30 PM. It took Hannah 30 minutes to fall asleep due to the Naughty Barking Beagle. I got started on my sample ballot. Hannah woke up around 2:45 PM due to a campaigner ringing the bell and me having to walk back and forth on the Very Squeaky Floors to answer the door.
• Hannah vegged for a little bit while I finished my ballot.
• Snack was fruit snacks and pink moo, by request.
• We played with trucks for a little while and then we made tissue paper ghosties to hang on the front door.
• Brad got home around 5:45 PM.
