What we did today, Wednesday, November 26, 2008

• We woke up just before 9 AM. Well, that’s if you don’t count the time the dog was barking at 7 AM and 8 AM.
• Pink moo and toasty sticks. We’re working on saying “May I have [item], please?” So far, it’s a lot of coaching.
• Hannah watched cartoons while I showered.
• We got dressed and brushed and washed.
• Hannah threw a big fit because she got time out for not listening. I’m not going to ask three times for her to put on her shoes. Then she got sent to bed for throwing a fit in time out. Oh, and the dog got crated for our outing because he can’t stop barking at the neighbor working in his yard.
• We went to the store and bought the things we need to make a great cranberry sauce.
• Lunch was leftover homemade pizza and a juice box.
• We went for nap around 1:30 PM. She took a few minutes to settle down and fall asleep. I started laundry and cooking cranberry sauce. She woke up at 3 PM when I was in the middle of making the cranberry sauce. I turned on the Dora movie for her and let her lie on the sofa while I finished cooking.
• Hannah had graham crackers and pink moo for a snack and played with a laundry basket while I folded clothes.
• Brad got home early around 4:30 PM! Hooray! We finished our elegant tea cookies that we started last night. They are a cross between a sugar cookie and shortbread.
