A fun filled day.

The alarm went off at 7 AM. I hit snooze for 30 minutes then reset it for 8 AM. Hannah woke up at 7:50 AM. I made her cuddle until the alarm went off again.

We tried something a little different and got Hannah dressed first. Then I gave her toasty sticks and pink moo in the interest of time saving. I took my shower afterward. I don't know if this made any difference. We have a date to play with Emily and Braedyn today and running late was the name of the game again.

Hannah had a great time at her play date and really started interacting with the kids. At one point, we notice they were sneaking sofa cushions and throw pillows off down the hallway. When Susanne (a.k.a. She Said) went to the restroom, she found them lounging around on the pillows spread out on the bathroom floor in the dark looking at glow sticks. It was like a preschool chill-out room. Hopefully, Susanne will share the picture she took.

After playing, we went with Susanne and kids to meet Brad and the Moyle Daddy, Greg, at IGT for lunch. Hannah's aunt Nina met us there, too. The kids got a lot of attention from people who know them and think they are the cutest things. It was fun for everyone, I think. After lunch, Brad took me and Hannah to say "Hi" to a couple of co-workers before we went home.

Hannah refused to fall asleep in the car or in bed when we got home. Since there was only an hour before we were supposed to go to Papa and Momo's house, I just let her play as long as she was laying down. She never even laid still. She was pretty wired.

I took her and dropped her off at my parents' house and went to my appointment. When my appointment was over, I came home and vegged wholeheartedly while I waited for Brad to get home.

Brad got home around 6 PM and then we went to the Reno Tweetup. This was a meet-and-greet for local Twitter users. It was neat to meet some people that we've emailed and been following and put a face to the username, so to speak. We ran by the border on the way home then picked up a wired and testy child.
