Ungh. It's too early for Monday.

Hannah ran a fever last night. She was fine all day yesterday then woke from her nap running high. We think that the fever is a side effect of her vaccination last week. Well, Little Punky didn't want to go to bed last night for some reason. We let her sleep with us (she's gonna end up in our bed anyway) so we could keep an eye out for another temperature spike. She took a while to stop wiggling and then woke up several times wanting water. She went through one and a half sippies, but that's OK because we want her to be well hydrated during fevers, right? When she woke up she didn't have a fever. She also woke up dry by some miracle. Of course, she woke up at 5 AM. She managed to stay in bed for our sakes and only bothered us every fifteen minutes to find out if it was time to get up yet. Drinking coffee and napping are on the to-do list today.

We got up with Brad and took the Honda to The Auto Shop to have the clutch looked at. Then, instead of taking him all the way to work like we had originally planned, he brought us back home and took the Chevy to work. That worked out better since the Honda probably won't be done today.

Hannah and I vegged in my room and watched our morning cartoons. Nice vegging cuddle time. Nice cup of instant coffee (a.k.a. hot chocolate with caffeine) to go with it. Hmmm. Oh yeah! It's Movie Time Monday.

We had peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, apple slices, and chips for lunch. Hannah's first PB&J went without much fanfare or acknowledgment. She doesn't like sandwiches right now for some reason. She was complaining about being very sleepy.

We both took a nap around 12:20 PM. We slept for four hours. Oh well. There went the day!

Hannah had orange juice, dried berries, and goldfish crackers for snack.

Brad got home around 5 PM. Hannah didn't have any more fever and was dry all day.
