Hannah slept in until almost 9 AM. Pink moo and toasty waffles for breakfast. Cartoons while I showered. She kept trying to whine and tell me she had fevers and had to lay down. She wasn't warm but she did have a rough night and woke up crying. We decided that we would take it easy even though the grocery shopping needed to be done.
Hannah played inside a laundry basket for a little while. Later, she asked me to do flash cards with her. She can count/recite her numbers to eleven by herself. I blew her mind with a card that went to twenty. She likes the animal cards the best. After that, I gave her a mini-manicure and pedicure, complete with sparkly pink nail polish. She asked me for it.
Hannah asked for snack, but it was just after 12:30 PM, so we had lunch disguised as a snack. I basically just fibbed to her and told her that her corn dog and fruit cup were a big snack. She ate really well.
Hannah went down for nap close to 1:30 PM. I had to sit on her bed and rub her feet since she was still awake after the timer went off. I folded clothes, updated calendars, and watched Heroes. Hannah slept for about two hours. She woke up and wanted to cuddle, so we watched a cartoon and rocked in my chair. Then she played with Legos for a while.
Chips and milk for lunch.
Brad got home around 5 PM and took Hannah to the park.
