Monday

Hannah woke up around 7 AM and climbed into bed with me. She fell asleep again and it was almost 9 AM when we woke up again. Eggos & strawberry milk, cartoons. We got ready and headed out the door.

We went to the Moyle's house for a play date. We had a nice time. (Thanks again, Susanne!) The kids played outside as much as they could get away with. They mostly dug in the dirt and chased tiny insects. The little bit of time spent inside was during lunch and they played dress up while dancing to music for a few minutes. Lunch for the kids was macaroni and cheese, broccoli with butter, and sliced strawberries. I made Hannah stay at the table until all of her macaroni was gone. They had stained glass cookies for dessert and a piece of candy. Hannah scraped her elbow somewhere on a fence but it wasn't a big deal until it was time to leave.

Hannah went right down for nap when we got home. She slept for about two hours.

String cheese and milk for snack. Story time by request. A cartoon. Then we had a mini-manicure and pedicure for Hannah, complete with sparkly nail polish.

Brad got home around 5:30 PM.
