We didn't have Evelyn coming to visit today, so we took our time getting up, to a point. We got out of bed somewhere between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. Pink moo and toasty sticks with a cartoon. This tiny little part of her daily routine is crucial for me if I want to make beds, brew a cup of tea, and eat breakfast. It really sets the day.
We got dressed and were out the door just in time to make it to the Sparks Library for Family Storytime at 10:15 AM. Hannah had fun and made fast friends with another little girl about her age. She even played in the little outdoor room with some other children.
We made a quick pit-stop after the library and went to the park for a few minutes. It seemed to get windier the longer we were there (probably my imagination) so we only lasted about 15 minutes.
Hot dog, macaroni and cheese, apple slices, and apple juice. She ate pretty well.
Right down for nap, fell asleep quickly. Slept for about two hours. I laid down next to her to cuddle her and apparently I landed on her imaginary friend. This was a big deal.
Fruit snack & diluted Koolaid for snack. Cartoon.
Hannah got her own coat on and her own hat and shoes and was headed out the back door to play without asking permission. A little chat about asking first then we went out into the windy world to play again. We were still out there when Brad got home around 5:30 PM.
