What we did today, Tuesday, November 11, 2008

• I woke up around 6 AM, but I stayed in bed until around 7 AM. Hannah woke around 8:30 AM, which allowed me to shower. We watched puppies on the internet then had breakfast.
• Breakfast was cereal in yogurt. This has been a big hit in the past, yet this morning, she doesn’t like yogurt. She did eat it all, though. Go figure.
• Hannah and I went to the grocery store today. She did really well walking with me until we were almost done. Her little hands had to keep touching things, so she ended up in the cart.
• Lunch was a small ham and cheese on wheat from Port of Subs and she ate half of it. This is HUGE for her. She also ate half a bag of Cheetos (I ate the other half) and drank her juice box. She did so well eating that I let her have a fun-sized Musketeers Bar. She was almost done eating it before asking "Why am I eating candy?" I said "Because you did such a great job eating lunch." She said "Because I'm getting bigger?" Then she tried to pull out just the caramel from under the chocolate. She was really cracking me up.
• Nap was around 1 PM. I have an appointment at 2:30 PM today, so she will have another short nap. Poor thing. I thought she’d sleep in the car on the way, but we accidentally buckled her little fingers in the seat belt.
• We made it just in time for my appointment. Brad met us there again to hang with Hannah while I saw my doctor. He’s been very sweet to do this for me two days in a row.
• After my appointment, we stopped at Hancock Fabrics and picked up some yarn. Then we swung by the park for a few minutes. After about 15 minutes of chilly fun, it was home again.
• Brad got home closed to 6 PM.
