What we did today, Wednesday, November 12, 2008

• We woke at 8:30 AM. After my back adjustment yesterday, I guess my body needed the rest. I’m still sore, but I see the doctor again on Thursday, so we should get this fixed soon. Hannah is very sleepy this morning. I don’t know why, she’d only kicked me all night. We have to do something about her waking in the middle of the night to climb in bed with us. I wish I knew what was waking her up. I know we’re supposed to put her right back in bed when she does it, but I usually sleep through it.
• Breakfast was scrambled eggs, toast with apple butter, and pink moo. Hannah ate almost two eggs but didn’t care for the toast with apple butter. I thought it was great.
• We’re taking it easy today. Today is the only day this week that we don’t have to leave the house. Thank goodness for that! Maybe we’ll get dressed, maybe we’ll stay in our pajamas, who knows?
• Hannah came running up to me and said, "Don't tell me! Don't tell me potty!" Guess what she is doing? Yeppers, that’s right. Potty training isn’t going so well.
• We played in my room for a while. The bed was a boat and we fished off the side. Then we watched the Blue Talks video. Yay, Blues Clues. Yay. It’s bearable and it’s not Barney.
• Lunch was the other half of Hannah’s ham and cheese sandwich from yesterday. It was a little soggy, so I let her pick it apart. She also had some chips and an oatmeal cookie.
• Nap was around 1 PM. She took a little while to fall asleep. Around 2:30 PM, she woke up crying, so I sat next to her on her bed reading. It was 4:30 PM before she woke up for real.
• We had a late snack of popcorn and pink moo and lounged around. It did turn out to be a pajama day, after all.
• Brad got home after 6 PM.
