What we did on Monday, December 15, 2008

• Hannah woke me up at 9:30 AM saying “The sun is up! Wake up!” She was running fevers on Saturday and Sunday. No fever yet this morning, but since she had one at 3 AM, we’re counting today as a sick day. I feel bad about that since it’s snowing. Hopefully, the snow will stay until tomorrow and hopefully she’s all better.
• Pink moo and toasty sticks.
• I shoveled the sidewalk and a path up the driveway. I know it’s snowing more, but it will be less to do later. I even did a path out back for Petey.
• Hannah was playing and said she was poopy. It was a total accident. She said she farted. So, we finished on the potty and took an unscheduled bath. Since she is a little sick, I put a pull-up on her but I let her know she was still a big girl. I put new pajamas on her since it’s going to be a pajama day.
• Hannah seems to feel better. She’s playing dress up. She also has taken to calling me “Mudder”.
• Face washed and teeth brushed. Almost forgot.
• Hannah settled into my chair and watched “My Friends Tigger and Pooh” movie. Her fever came back up. I gave her Motrin at 1 PM and made her drink some Gatorade.
• Hannah refused to eat lunch and went straight to bed. I spent most of her nap time at the foot of her bed checking her temperature. She slept for about 2 1/2 hours. I gave her orange juice as soon as she woke up. She refused a snack.
• We hung out in my room and watched cartoons and played with puzzles.
• Brad got home just after 5 PM.
