It's all about getting there.

I set the alarm for 8 AM. I hit snooze until 8:30 AM when Hannah said, "Get up, Mudder! It's time to get up, Mudder!" I crack up when she calls me that.

Pink moo and toasty sticks. What else? She asks for it, it's her favorite, I'm lazy.

We went to Momo and Papa's house today to visit. I got to watch the Daily Show from yesterday, which was hilarious, and Hannah got to play. Papa fed us grilled ham and cheese sandwiches and soup. Hannah ate pretty good. Uncle Eric even came by and had lunch as well. Papa made us a DVD of some home videos of baby Hannah when she was about 6-7 months old. We had fun watching it. Hannah saw footage of her crawling around the pool table and decided that looked like fun. I tried to explain that she's not a baby anymore, so that's not OK anymore and she had a colossal fit. Hannah gave Papa too many kisses.

Nap was close to 2 PM and Hannah had a hard time settling down. I had to threaten that I would call Sir Topham Hatt and tell him we weren't coming to the story time tonight. Once she stayed still, she konked right out. She woke up at 4:30 PM, thankfully after I was finished cleaning the bathrooms.

We had a corn dog for snack. Brad got home just before 5 PM and we ran out the door to see Sir Topham Hatt read Thomas the Tank Engine stories downtown.

What was this storytime with Thomas the Train character??? How did you hear about it? Are you guys going to see Thomas Live at Lawlor events center this weekend?

I heard about it through the mommy group that I'm a member of. Also, I think someone mentioned it at the last tweet up. I think Alice 96.5 might have mentioned it on the air, too. One of the stage players, Sir Topham Hatt, came to read a story to the kids. It was at the West Street Market. It lasted about 20 minutes and didn't look like it was very well advertised. It was fun, though.

We are going to see the live show on Sunday. Hannah and Brad are very excited. Hannah loves trains.
