Hannah and I went to my parents' house around 11:15 AM. We walked. Well, I walked. Hannah wanted to ride in the stroller. I took us about 15 minutes to walk almost a mile. We hung out with my folks for about an hour. Momo had some stickers for Hannah to fill a piece of paper with. She also got to play with a sample from Highlights Magazine that was all hidden pictures. She really liked that. I finished Hannah's "necklace" that she asked me to crochet and even braided a little bracelet for her. We left just after 12:45 PM because Hannah was getting cranky.
(1:30 PM) Hannah ate a corn dog for lunch with string cheese, crackers, an apple, and a cookie. She actually ate the corn bread part of the corn dog this time, which is a new thing. She also didn't want me to cut the apple into slices and wanted it whole. It looked like a manic chipmunk had attacked it when she was done.
(2:15 PM) Hannah fell asleep fairly quickly. I worked on laundry (it never ends) while she slept. Right at 4 PM, I heard her call from her room: "Maw-meee! Come here!" and then a little whinier: "You gotta come wake me up!"
We cuddled and played some games on Disney's website for about 20-30 minutes. I explained to her that this counted as cartoon time. I don't know if she understood, but she'll get it eventually.
(4:30-ish) We decided to take advantage of the remaining sunshine and took Petey to the park. It was a little chillier than I thought it would be, but I had grabbed mittens and we were plenty warm. When we got home, I realized that I had grabbed the wrong keys and we were locked out. Daddy got home around 5:30 PM and let us in. We'd only been on the porch for about 15 minutes, so it wasn't too bad of a wait.
