Hannah asked me to make her a ni-night (blanket). It's roughly the same size as her purple one that is her favorite. She picked out the pink color and when I needed more yarn, I decided to use a different color for the border and let her choose between ecru and two purples. She chose this purple. I did not use a pattern and this took approximately three skeins of yarn. The body is stitched in half-double crochet and the border is a treble crochet.
