Fuzzy Friday

Today was another hard day to get up and going for me. Hannah was up around 8:30 AM and I dragged myself out of bed a few minutes or half an hour later.

The usual for breakfast.

Hannah told me when she had to go potty! She's been telling us about doing #2, but she hasn't been on top of letting us know about #1 until it's too late. This is a good step forward.

Hannah and I read a book and played with flash cards for a little while. She's wanting to count things. The best flash card I found was a deck of playing cards and we counted the hearts, spades, clubs, and diamonds.

I tried to get some stuff done but Hannah was not playing by herself very well today so I dropped her off with my parents. I was able to make a pot of coffee and a little progress on the chores. My parents fed her lunch and my dad brought her back around 2 PM. I decided not to make her take a nap and let her have some quiet time on the living room sofa without the TV turned on. Maybe she'd go to bed early and Brad and I could watch a movie. She fell asleep around 2:30 PM so I put her in her bed. I let her sleep until almost 5 PM. I was getting so much done, I was greedy.

Hannah had some chips for a snack and watched cartoons while I finished laundry. Brad got home around 5:30 PM.
