Thursday

Hannah was up and out of bed just before 8 AM. She let me sleep in until 9:30 AM. That was nice of her to watch cartoons that long. I'm guessing she knows how to turn the TV on now. Good reason not to have one in her room, I think.

Pink moo and toasty sticks. The pair of us agreed today should be a pajama day and that there is no reason to go anywhere.

Hannah played and played and played. We played dolls, she played dress up, we read books, and she played pretend with her babies. We cleaned up some toys also.

We had some pasta shells and meatballs courtesy of Chef Boyardee with mixed veggies and crackers. Hannah ate the green beans and carrots and left all of the corn and peas. She had some raspberry danish for dessert.

I set the timer for 20 minutes again. I had checked on her after 12 minutes or so and she was still wiggling and sitting up. When the timer went off, I went to sit on her bed and she was fast asleep. She nodded off just before 2 PM. I worked on prep for the lasagna. I checked on her at 4 PM and she was still snoozing so I left the door open to her room and played a CD and stopped trying to be quiet. Around 4:15 PM, I asked her to wake up and she said "No, I not going wake up." I opened her curtains and kept making noise. Fifteen minutes later, I checked on her again and she had tried to close her curtains and was snuggled down under her covers trying to sleep. I made her get out of bed at about 4:45 PM.

Hannah had fruit snack and Gatorade for a snack and watched a movie until Brad got home around 5:15 PM.
