Hannah woke up in her own bed around 8:30 AM. I asked her, "Are you waking up?" and she said, "No. I sleeping. My eye is droopy." Eggos and pink moo, cartoons.
Our morning appointment to have someone give us a bid on the bathroom was rescheduled for tomorrow so we stayed in our PJs for a little while. We watched a little of Alice in Wonderland on Disney.
We had leftover corn muffin for a snack. Brad came home for lunch.
Hannah and I planted some red beans that we had soaked into a little pot. We used a Tupperware canister that had been washed in the dishwasher next to a cheese grater and would be ruined. (He said he was sorry.) It might not be very pretty, but it still had use so we re-purposed it into a bean planter.
Hannah helped me clean her room for a while.
Lunch was a home-made version of a Lunchables lunch. Stacks of ham, pepperoni, cheese, and crackers that she could make little cracker sandwiches with. She ate only the ham and cheese. She also had a couple of bites from her fruit cup after she slurped up any of the syrup that I wasn't able to drain.
Since I still needed to change Hannah's sheets and put more toys away, I put her sleeping bag on my bed and let her nap in there (with pillows propped on either side of her in case she rolled). She kept hollering from the bedroom so I put her in her bed after I made it. She was still making noise and such a half hour later, but I just closed the door and left her there to play in bed. I made her stay in bed until 4 PM.
After "nap"-time, we got up and cleaned up the rest of the toys.
Brad walked in the door around 5 PM right after the heater repair person. Really, the guy stepped inside first, then Brad came in right behind him.
