Thursday we went to Smith's and did our grocery shopping. She got to pick out a new toy car. There was some drama because we didn't start our shopping trip out in the cereal aisle, but all ended well.
Friday we went to Target to do our sundry shopping. Hannah got to pick out a dollar item and chose a giant clothespin/paper weight type thing. We also treated ourselves to nifty pencil cases made from recycled plastic* that were only a dollar each. Hannah also got new colored pencils to keep in her case.
I don't have much else to write since I've got a painful earache from my allergies and since ibuprofen didn't help and Tylenol isn't an option (hives, man, hives) then I've got no choice but to suffer through it. Hannah is fine though and my discomfort hasn't slowed her down in the least.
*Word has it that all of the recycling we do isn't really going to benefit us in the long run if we don't turn around and purchase products made from recycled material. Complete the circle when you shop.*
