What we did today, Friday, October 17, 2008
• We slept in until almost 9 AM. It is really hard to get moving today.
• Breakfast for Hannah was toasty sticks and pink moo by request. I’m not sure, but I think Petey had some as well.
• Hannah watched some TV and played with her babies.
• Face washed, teeth brushed, poopy changed, kid dressed. I’m still in PJs but my teeth are brushed.
• Becca dropped by to make sure we are going to vote and vote Obama/Biden and she gave me a giant sticker. Yay for Becca! Hannah was excited to see her.
• Hannah played with her sailboats and sponges outside for a while.
• Lunch (12:30 PM) was turkey and cheese sandwiches, string cheese, chips, and chocolate moo. I know we’ve had chips a lot, but I wanted some and everyone knows you can’t eat chips in front of a toddler without sharing.
• Nap time (1:30 PM) Hannah fell asleep closer to 2 PM because an accidental eyelash flutter turned into a giggle fest. She’s sweet. I took the opportunity to shower and dress at my leisure. I apparently took too much leisure, as she woke up 45 minutes later wanting to be up. I talked her into lying down in my bed and she went back to sleep. Thank goodness. She woke up for real at 3:30 PM.
• Hannah’s clothes were wet before her nap from playing with her sponges so she wanted to nap in a nightgown. She refuses to get dressed and wants to keep her nightgown on.
• Brad got home just after 5:30 PM.
